Presentations of quarterly reports take place in accordance with the financial
calendar published on the company’s website. Presentations has from Q3 2009 been
held in Oslo, combined with live broadcast (webcast).
All stock price sensitive information is distributed without delay and simultaneously
to the capital market (via the Oslo Børs company message system), the media and
on the company web.
In the last two weeks prior to publication of quarterly reports, Bergen Group
will limit contact with external research analysts, investors and journalists
to a minimum.
